Just Add Water Swimwear has very high standards and expectations in all aspects of our design, manufacturing and customer service. Therefore it goes unsaid that your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please carefully read our Refund/Exchange Policy and download a copy of our "Refund/Exchange Form". Please ensure this form is fully completed and mailed together with the garment to ensure efficient service.
All return & exchange garments can only be accepted if received together with the "Refund/Exchange Form" within 21 days of the dispatch date for Australian buyers and 28 days from the dispatch date for international buyers.
We are unable to accept a refund or exchange on a garment that is not complete. The garment is presented in a re-sealable vinyl pocket that is designed to be opened and closed without damaging the packaging. The swing tag and hygiene sticker must be attached in its original condition on the garment, the internal “keeni” packaging is to be intact and garment must be in brand new condition. If the garment and display pocket is treated with care it can easily be returned without any problems. Packaging does not include the shipping satchel.
Goods may be returned via mail only. We recommend that your article is registered or insured as we are unable to take responsibility for items that do not reach us. It is important that you keep a record of registration or insurance until you are satisfied that your goods have been received by us.
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, "JAWS Just Add Water Swimwear" is happy to send a replacement article after the item is returned to us and deemed to be at fault with no further cost to you. Garments which have been purposely tampered with will not be exchanged.
All shipping and handling fees are non refundable. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, the appropriate shipping charge for your country must be paid in full prior to the replacement garment being sent out. However, we must receive your purchased garment, with the form, for exchange within the time frame specified.
Once your garment is received we will process it immediately and send notification to you. Refunds will be credited without delay and exchanges will be promptly returned to you.
