Sizing & International Conversion Guide
At JAWS Just Add Water Swimwear we have provided you with clear and concise information to ensure you make the correct "Keeni" selection. Depending on individual monitor set up, colours may appear slightly different on the screen in comparison to your purchase.

All garments supplied from JAWS Just Add Water Swimwear are in Australian sizes.
"Keeni" Care
Nylon/Elastane
- Warm hand wash or gentle machine wash with mild detergent immediately after wear
- Remove any excess water and dry without delay
- Line dry with no creasing out of direct sunlight
- Do not soak, bleach, dry clean, tumble dry or iron
- Never pack, store, roll up or leave in washing machine when wet
- Avoid excess contact with suntan lotions, oils & harsh chemicals sometimes found in pools, spas & saunas
- Avoid any rough surfaces
- Some colours may appear transparent when wet
- Some colours may fade in sunlight & chlorinated water
- Metal accessories featured on some garments may become hot

Delivery Times
Australia Registered Post: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Registered Post includes $100 or part thereof of insurance for each item.
International: 3 – 12 business days
Extra Cover includes $100 or part thereof of insurance for each item.
The availability of Extra Cover (formally Insurance) and the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. Ask at your post office or see www.auspost.com/international/.
Some countries have import duty and or taxes on imported goods. These amounts vary and the charges are calculated when the goods reach the specified country. JAWS is unable to estimate what these charges may be and therefore are not responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties. Please contact your Customs department for any father information on this matter.
Allow up to 7 days for dispatch. Although this time is our maximum, we can assure you every effort will be made in order for you to receive your new purchase sooner. If your size and style is in stock, we will endeavor to ship your garment immediately.
Exchange Policy
Just Add Water Swimwear has very high standards and expectations in all aspects of our design, manufacturing and customer service. Therefore it goes unsaid that your satisfaction is extremely important to us.ff
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please carefully read our Exchange Policy and download a copy of our "Exchange Form". Please ensure this form is fully completed and mailed together with the garment to ensure efficient service.
All exchange garments can only be accepted if received together with the "Exchange Form" within 21 days of the dispatch date for Australian buyers and 28 days from the dispatch date for international buyers.
We are unable to accept an exchange on a garment that is not complete. The swing tag and hygiene sticker must be attached in its original condition on the
garment and the packaging is to be intact and garment must be in brand new condition.
Goods may be returned via mail only. We recommend that your article is registered or insured as we are unable to take responsibility for items that do not reach us. It is important that you keep a record of registration or insurance until you are satisfied that your goods have been received by us.
In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty, "JAWS Just Add Water Swimwear" is happy to send a replacement article after the item is returned to us and deemed to be at fault with no further cost to you. Garments which have been purposely tampered with will not be exchanged.
All shipping and handling fees are non refundable. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, the appropriate shipping charge for your country must be paid in full prior to the replacement garment being sent out. However, we must receive your purchased garment, with the form, for exchange within the time frame specified.
Just Add Water Swimwear believes in their quality product, and due to this no refunds will be issued. If a product is faulty, we are happy to replace it for you, if a product doesn't fit you, we are happy to exchange it within the policy, but please don't ask for a refund.
